Penguin Seeks eBook Process Manager

Attention, book lovers! Penguin is hiring an eBook process manager to monitor the scheduling and workflow of frontlist and backlist titles.

In this role, you’ll liaise with the company’s production, editorial and managing editorial teams to ensure that frontlist eBooks are published on time. You’ll be expected to manage the quality control process for backlist conversions and track the conversion status of backlist titles, while troubleshooting problems that may arise.

To be considered, you’ll need five to seven years of book publishing experience, preferably in managing editorial, production or publishing management. Knowledge of the current eBook landscape is a must, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you’re a detail-oriented team player, who thrives under deadlines, apply here.
