Mediaite points out Sarah Palin memoir pre-orders have given Dan Brown a run for his money. As of this writing, her memoir dominates the Amazon bestseller list–look for a holiday season packed with Alaskan wisdom.

If you haven’t voted already, go to the National Book Foundation’s site and pick your favorite author out of the Best of the National Book Awards Fiction list. It is the first National Book Award to be decided by regular Americans, the winner selected from the slate pictured above.
