Truthdig Auctions Autographed Gore Vidal Books To Pay Authors

As the recession tightens around the writing world, the online current affairs publication Truthdig is holding a special bazaar to raise money to pay the all-star list of authors who write for the site.

Among the items for sale: three books by Truthdig editor Robert Scheer bundled with a documentary DVD, Mr. Fish cartoon prints, and autographed books straight from Gore Vidal’s library.
