Fresh from a taping of The Apprentice, Donald Trump swung by the Borders on Park Avenue where his nephew, David Desmond, had just read from his debut novel, The Misadventures of Oliver Booth, a satire about a boorish interior decorator from Palm Beach who gets sent to Paris on a shopping trip. Last month, in a guest essay at Beatrice.com, Desmond revealed that he’s already written a sequel, and it’s set in “the world of high-end real estate” in New York City—which leaves us wondering when we can expect his sendup of reality television…
