Hegedus Returns to TV News

Former CNBC correspondent Mike Hegedus is returning to broadcast news, as one of four hosts of “Monsters and Money” on the CBS O&O WBBM-TV in Chicago. The McKinley Reserve Media Group (MRMG) brought Hegedus on to head up the firm’s video practice last spring, and to produce “24 in the OC” for the local PBS affiliate in Orange County, CA where MRMG is based.

The hack-turned-flack turned hack again joins Chicago Sun-Times’ Terry Savage on the money half of WBBM’s 5-7 AM show, with two “monsters” covering local sports.
