Poll: Dems Slightly More Popular Than Toyota, Republicans Even

Just how much do Americans disdain the country’s political parties? A new Wall Street Journal/NBC poll shows their popularity rating is about the same for Toyota, which recently recalled more than 8 million vehicles worldwide.

According to the poll, 9% said they had a “very positive” view of Toyota while 22% view the company as “somewhat positive.”

For Democrats, 11% said they had a “very positive” view of the party, while 26% view it as “somewhat positive.”

Meanwhile, for the Republican Party, 8% said they had a “very positive” view of the party, while 22% view it as “somewhat positive.”

Barak Obama beat them all. 29% said they had a “very positive” view of Obama, while 20% view him as “somewhat positive.”
