Roll Call: Kip Hunter Marketing, Oxygen Media and OverDrive

Kip Hunter Marketing announced that it has promoted Patricia Kneski to vice president of marketing, and Aimee Adler to vice president of public relations. Kneski has been with Kip Hunter Marketing for five years and most recently served as the firm’s director of special events and sponsorships. In her new role as VP of marketing, Kneski will oversee and manage the day-to-day brand marketing, advertising, sponsorships, social media, special events and email for all Kip Hunter Marketing clients.

Aimee Adler, a 10-year public relations veteran, was promoted to vice president of public relations after serving as the agency’s director of public relations for two years. She has developed and managed comprehensive campaigns for a wide array of business sectors. In her new role as VP, she will oversee the day-to-day PRs and marketing communications strategies for all of Kip Hunter Marketing’s clientele and continue to expand her relationships with key regional and national media outlets. Oxygen Media has announced the addition of Jennifer Young to the position of vice president, ad sales marketing. In this role, Young will lead the development of strategic and innovative multiplatform sponsorship initiatives, helping to maximize Oxygen’s opportunities with advertisers. She will continue to develop and grow Oxygen’s “Live Out Loud” brand on the sales side, in addition to overseeing the network’s upfront strategy in the client and agency marketplace. Prior to joining Oxygen, Young was vice president, dtrategic and integrated marketing for CBS Local Media in New York where she created custom, multi-platform solutions for advertisers across the CBS Local Media division including TV, Digital, Radio and Out of Home platforms. OverDrive announced the appointment of Lee C. Milstein to the new position of chief strategy officer. Milstein, who previously held leadership roles at Google’s YouTube, AOL and DivX, will lead OverDrive’s emerging digital media businesses including the expansion into streaming video and education content and services, and help direct the company’s overall strategy and strategic partnerships. In addition to Milstein’s strategic role, he will also lead a market development team that will be based in New York City. This will represent the first time OverDrive has had a physical presence in New York, and marks a significant milestone for the company. (Release)
