Gary Vaynerchuk, familiar to many PR pros for his social media prowess and wine expertise, has been hired by airline Virgin America to develop their “new in-flight wine and food menu.”
Wine is meant to be enjoyed in a variety of settings and I’m thrilled to be working with Virgin America to give travelers a more varied, upscale food and wine experience at 35,000 feet.
PRNewser interviewed Vaynerchuk at a mediabistro.com panel way back in October 2008, when he declared, “PR as we know it is dead.”
