Xerox Campaign Introduces New Capabilities

Xerox has launched a global marketing campaign that introduces audiences to the company’s new capabilities. In February, Xerox acquired ACS and can now add business process outsourcing to its list of offerings. The latest campaign is meant to “tell the entire Xerox story,” Carl Langsenkamp, VP of global PR for Xerox tells PRNewser.
Over the past week, new Xerox ads began airing in the US; ads will begin airing in Europe in October. Prior to the wide announcement on September 2, the company and its AOR Text 100 arranged for embargoed stories with Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, and other outlets. And a new website launched on September 7. All 130,000 employees were also given a heads up prior to the launch because, Langsenkamp said, “they sometimes act as your best brand ambassadors. They were able to start spreading the news.”
