Adding Fuel to the Bloomberg/ABC News Rumors

So, we’ve been following the chatter about ABC News possibly joining up with Bloomberg TV. That meme took an interesting turn last night on “World News” as Diane Sawyer introduced a story about women CEO’s salaries being higher than men’s in 2009. In both the video and online print versions of the story this line was emphasized:

A new report from Bloomberg News, the leading provider of business news worldwide…

> Update: An ABC source tells TVNewser, “There is nothing more to it than Bloomberg PR pitching two interesting stories to ABC News. That is the beginning, middle and end.”
