Brian Williams Anchoring Nightly News Tonight

Brian Williams was the only weekday evening news anchor to fill in tonight to host the broadcast. Russ Mitchell hosted on CBS and David Muir hosted on ABC.

Williams was not mentioned in the initial release regarding the MSNBC coverage, although hosting the Nightly News puts him right next to where Keith Olbermann and David Gregory are hosting.
