Cablers Cover Prop 8 Court Ruling

CNN, FNC and MSNBC have mixed in coverage of the Sonia Sotomayor selection with the multifarious ruling out of California this hour. The state’s Supreme Court upheld the ban on same-sex marriage, while also declaring approximately 18,000 couples married before the ban took effect will stay wed. On the cablers, many of the legal correspondents on to talk Supreme Court were back to discuss the ruling.

Of course, the question on everyone’s mind: what does Miss California Carrie Prejean think about all this? She’ll likely discuss the ruling when she co-hosts Fox & Friends tomorrow morning:
