Chaos Erupts on ‘AC360′

During CNN’s “AC360″ last night, Anderson Cooper watched as hundreds of people who had been settling in for the night in the park behind him had suddenly begun running through the streets shouting that a flood was coming. There was mass confusion and, soon after, Cooper had this report:

Cooper later explained that the rumors of flooding were untrue and were possibly started by thieves. It was a frightening moment of chaos that illustrates how unpredictable things can get following a major catastrophe.
