CNN has just switched its domestic channel to a feed of Headline News. CNN took a break at 1:42pmET with anchor Kyra Phillips saying “…I apologize. We’re having technical difficulties. We’re going to go to Larry King live for taped programming while we try to figure out what’s going on.”
