Well our predictions were wrong: Rick Sanchez is replacing Carol Lin as the new primetime weekend anchor for CNN Newsroom, Jon Klein announced today.

Sanchez, based in Atlanta, will continue reporting for 360 as well. Klein's not kidding when he says "when Rick is on camera, you’ve just got to watch." Here's the press release...
