Dana Bash has been named to Elle‘s “10 Most Powerful Women in D.C.” list. Bash, CNN’s chief congressional correspondent, will be the network’s lead reporter covering the 2016 field of Republican Presidential candidates.
“I’ve been yelled at a lot in my life by politicians who don’t like my questions. I’ve had to chase people around hallways and up stairways who were about to get indicted,” Bash tells Elle. “I’m prepared for the unpredictable nature of these guys.”
Also on the list, which was revealed by Elle editor-in-chief Robbie Myers on “Morning Joe” this week: Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker, Politico COO Kim Kingsley and D.C. police chief Cathy Lanier. Watch after the jump.
