An MSNBC original, Debbie Finan, has been promoted to Vice President of Production and Programming for the network. Finan will report to network president Phil Griffin and be responsible for all programming and production activities for the cable channel. Finan joined MSNBC in July of 1996, and has worked in various capacities in both live and taped programming, planning and technical operations.
