Diane Sawyer to Emcee Peabody Awards

ABC World News anchor Diane Sawyer will be the host of the 69th Annual George Foster Peabody Awards ceremony Monday, May 17, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York. Sawyer will be the first media personality to emcee a second Peabody ceremony, having presided over the 56th annual awards in 1996. The Peabody’s will be announced March 31.
