Don’t Call Anderson Cooper John McEnroe

Cooper_12-14.jpgAnderson Cooper guest-hosted Live with Regis and Kelly today, and the CNN anchor told a hilarious story involving drunk girls, stealing cabs and getting mistaken for John McEnroe.

Cooper told co-host Kelly Ripa about how last night some drunk girls in front of Cooper in line at the ATM machine thought he may have been a nature program host. When told “no,” they guessed former tennis pro John McEnroe — who did have a short-lived cable news show himself. Apparently they weren’t Anderson Cooper 360 fans (or even The Mole fans…).
