Evening News Ratings: Week of June 18
"For the ninth consecutive week, ABC's World News with Charles Gibson was the #1 evening newscast among Total Viewers, Households and Adults 25-54," ABC says.
ABC topped NBC by 450,000 total viewers and 240,000 demo viewers.
For the week of June 18:
Total viewers: ABC: 7,700,000 / NBC: 7,250,000 / CBS: 5,920,000
25-54 demo: ABC: 2,420,000 / NBC: 2,180,000 / CBS: 1,810,000
25-54 rating: ABC: 2.0/9 / NBC: 1.8/8 / CBS: 1.5/6
> Also: Last week, NBC Nightly News "matched its third worst household number and second worst adults 25-54 performance," a network tipster says. "NBC has had its seven lowest rated weeks ever in adults 25-54, all coming in the past eight weeks."
