An e-mailer points us to this transcript, asking: "Is this how Fox is going to increase its ratings?" Last night on FNC's On The Record, Greta Van Susteren spoke to Bob Sharrill, a reporter for the Supulpa Herald-Sun, about a judge who is accused of using a penis pump while presiding in court. She let Sharrill explain the story:

"The action with the pump apparently had been going on since 2001. His court reporter, her name is Lisa Foster, she had been his court reporter for a number of years and she suddenly starting hearing these sounds. And then one day by chance she happened to look and she saw him with his apparatus on his appendage."

It got worse.

"He looked back and he could see this tube running up into the crotch of the judge and he kept hearing this swish, swish sound. It's been identified as something akin to, oh, the cup that you squeeze when you're taking your blood pressure."

VAN SUSTEREN: For Heaven's sakes, one Nebraska nun will certainly need to head to confession after this one. Sister Barbara Markey (ph) was arrested for improperly spending more than $300,000, and you won't believe this, on casinos, gifts and plane tickets. Sister Markey turned herself in after being fired as director of the Omaha Archdiocese Family Life Office. Charged with theft by deception, the nun could spend 20 years in prison plus a $25,000 fine, holy moly that's a lot of money.

And, from the convent to the courtroom, this is one wild story. It involves a sitting judge. After you hear it, you will wonder if you've heard right. Here with all the details because I'm not going to say them is Bob Sharrill, a reporter for the Supulpa Herald-Sun, welcome and tell me what happened? What's the story with this judge? He's on trial and tell us why.

BOB SHARRILL, SUPULPA HERALD-SUN: He was accused of using a penis pump while conducting court, while presiding in open court. He was convicted. They turned in a verdict about 30 minutes ago guilty on all four counts of indecent exposure and a jury recommended one year on each and $10,000 fine on each.

VAN SUSTEREN: How did he get caught?

SHARRILL: The action with the pump apparently had been going on since 2001. His court reporter, her name is Lisa Foster (ph), she had been his court reporter for a number of years and she suddenly starting hearing these sounds. And then one day by chance she happened to look and she saw him with his apparatus on his appendage.

VAN SUSTEREN: In court? In court?

SHARRILL: In court during a jury trial.

VAN SUSTEREN: OK.

SHARRILL: But she kept it quiet but it all began to unravel in 2003 when a Supulpa police officer was testifying. He heard the sound and he looked back and he could see this tube running up into the crotch of the judge and he kept hearing this swish, swish sound. It's been identified as something akin to, oh, the cup that you squeeze when you're taking your blood pressure.

VAN SUSTEREN: And let me ask you -- let me just ask you a couple quick questions.

SHARRILL: Sure.

VAN SUSTEREN: This judge was presiding over murder trials?

SHARRILL: That's correct. There were two murder trials, yes.

VAN SUSTEREN: Go ahead, two murder trials.

SHARRILL: Yes, one involved a girl and her boyfriend who killed a 21- month-old baby. They were tried separately. His trial came in 2002 in the fall and hers was in -- excuse me, hers was in the fall of 2002.

VAN SUSTEREN: Another quick question and I got to go. I only got about 15 seconds left. How long was he on the bench?

SHARRILL: Nearly 24 years.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right and he was just convicted tonight, sentenced tonight?

SHARRILL: No sentencing. That's in August.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right, sentencing in August, a judge convicted for, this is I think the most unthinkable during the course of a couple murder trials. Anyway, Bob, thank you, I appreciate you telling the details so I didn't have to. Thank you, Bob.
