Harry Smith’s Birthday Wish Doesn’t Come True

CBS’ Harry Smith had the big get this morning, as he interviewed Sen. Barack Obama yesterday and discussed the presumptive nominee’s Vice Presidential choice (although, not by name). But someone tipped Obama to the fact that it was Smith’s birthday, and he had a special present for the anchor (Smith described it as a budding “bromance”). But did Smith get his wish? Not so much:
