This morning was the season premiere of “The View,” and as promised, HLN host and “View” panelist Joy Behar explained her decision to get married to her companion of 29 years, Steve Janowitz.
Behar began with a David Letterman-esque “Top 10″ list of reasons, but ended with a sincere explanation of the events that led to her decision.
