CNN/U.S. anchor Jon Klein declined to renew Daryn Kagan‘s contract, Variety reports.

“It’s the latest anchor move by CNN/U.S. prexy Klein, who shifted Kagan to her current 10 a.m.-noon timeslot after revamping ‘American Morning.’” Michael Learmonth reminds: “Kagan’s morning co-host, Bill Hemmer, was ousted in that shakeup and later landed as an anchor at Fox News Channel.”
