Mike & Mike Swing And Miss With Tiger Interview

As expected, the Tiger Woods interview Thursday morning with Mike & Mike came up short.

Once the guidelines were revealed yesterday by Sports Illustrated reporter Richard Deitsch, it paved the way for the slew of softball questions that were tossed in Tiger’s direction.

Instead of listening to Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic interview Woods, check out his article in Newsweek:

The physical pain from that car accident has long healed. But the pain in my soul is more complex and unsettling; it has been far more difficult to ease – and to understand. But this much is obvious now: my life was out of balance, and my priorities were out of order. I made terrible choices and repeated mistakes. I hurt the people whom I loved the most. And even beyond accepting the consequences and responsibility, there is the ongoing struggle to learn from my failings.

Yes, parts of it are dry (It’s Tiger, what do you expect?), but it’s a honest piece from Woods on the last year of his life.

Now if he can only get trained on how to use Twitter
