MSNBC???: Awaiting 1pm Teleconference

NBCers are bracing for a company-wide teleconference at 1pm. At MSNBC, it’ll be followed by a town hall meeting with Dan Abrams and Phil Griffin.

MSNBC’s move to 30 Rock and Englewood Cliffs will happen sometime in the next twelve months, a high-profile insider says.

A Cliff-dweller points out that “not all the people who work” in Secaucus “will be moving” — referring to the imminent job cuts. “This will be a bloodbath, and it will be very messy,” the person adds.

But some MSNBCers — perhaps the ones with more job security — aren’t dreading the move. After all, many staffers live in Manhattan… and they won’t be commuting across the Hudson much longer…
