Nancy Grace Attorney Does Not Want Deposition Videotaped

The attorney for HLN host Nancy Grace is asking a federal judge that Grace’s upcoming deposition in the Melinda Duckett wrongful death lawsuit not be videotaped — or that any tape not be released — “to protect Grace from embarrassment,” reports the AP. Duckett’s family filed the lawsuit in central Florida.
