During a discussion in which Sen. Barack Obama listed several positions that do not make him very popular with some democratic constituencies, Obama made the point that even Fox News “disputes” one claim that Sen. John McCain has been making:

The notion I voted for a tax increase for people making $42,000 a year has been disputed by everybody who has looked at this claim that Senator McCain keeps on making. Even Fox News disputes it…and that doesn’t happen very often when it comes to accusations about me.
