Rep. Keith Ellison and Fox News host Sean Hannity got into one of the most heated debates in recent memory on cable news.
Ellison, seemingly unaware that Hannity is not a journalist but a partisan commentator, called him “the worst excuse for a journalist I’ve ever seen” who has broken “every journalistic ethic I have ever heard of.”
Ellison blasted Hannity and defended the President for three minutes, before Hannity broke in to argue with him.
Ellison was responding to the intro to his segment, which featured President Obama speaking out the sequester with the dramatic and menacing “O Fortuna” playing over him.
