DianeSawyerTonight ABC’s “World News with Diane Sawyer” continues its series “Real Money,” which includes results of a new poll on working Americans’ biggest financial challenges. ABC’s Rebecca Jarvis, Linzie Janis and Dave Zinczenko will report on the results and speak with experts who provide a blueprint on how make more money, cut back and save. The broadcast will report from Cincinnati, Miami and Corpus Christi, Texas.

Since its launch in 2012, the “Real Money” series has highlighted inventive ways to save money through conserving energy, getting better interest rates on checking accounts, obtaining discounted dental services and negotiating car repairs.  With the help of ABC News, one family learned they could lower their monthly prescription drug bill from $20,000 to $1,252.

ABC News Shifts Correspondents

ABC News is making some changes to its correspondent ranks, according to a memo sent to ABC staff by president Ben Sherwood.

“ABC World News Now” co-anchor Paula Faris will become a correspondent for the network, reporting for all of the shows and platforms. Her last day on “WNN” will be Tuesday, where she is expected to receive a proper sendoff.  Faris will be replaced on “WNN” by regular fill-in anchor Diana Perez, who had been a correspondent for NewsOne. Perez will join Rob Nelson on the “WNN” anchor desk.

Linzie Janis will be joining ABC News in New York as a correspondent. She had been reporting for Bloomberg TV in London for the last four years.

Marci Gonzalez will join ABC as a correspondent for NewsOne, and joins the network from WABC where she was a correspondent.

More info in Sherwood’s note, after the jump.
