  • Politico reports President Obama will attend the wedding of MSNBC host Alex Wagner to the Obama family chef Sam Kass on Saturday. The couple will marry at at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, NY. Kass is also the executive director of the “Let’s Move” campaign.

  • Broadcasting & Cable reports Michael Wright, president and head of programming at TNT, TBS and TCM, is leaving Turner. Wright has been with the company since joining TNT in 2002. The move comes as Turner offers buyouts to hundreds of employees.

  • Joan Rivers remains in a medically induced coma at a New York Hospital following complications of an endoscopy Thursday morning. The three network morning shows all updated Rivers’s condition in the first 10 minutes of their shows this morning.
