‘The View’ Will Not Replace Oprah

The NYPost reports that Barbara Walters and “The View” will not go into syndication and replace Oprah Winfrey after her show concludes its run next year. An industry analyst told the Post, “It’s definitely not going to happen — both [ABC's] syndication group and at the ABC affiliates meeting, they categorically said they’re not going to syndicate ‘The View.’”
