This Week‘s Best in Eight Years

This Week with George Stephanopoulos had its best sweeps month ever in both Total Viewers and A25-54. Meet the Press with Tom Brokaw was first in both categories averaging more than 4.5 million Total Viewers. This Week‘s 3.52 million average is the program’s best since November 2000, during the unresolved Bush v. Gore election. Stephanopoulos began hosting This Week in Sept. 2002.
