Tiki Barber a Father to Twins

NBC News “Today” show contributor Tiki Barber is a father again, to twins born to his estranged wife, Ginny, on Monday.

Barber made news last month when it was revealed he’d left his pregnant wife for a former NBC intern.

If you believe the New York Post, Barber was “banned” from the delivery room. If you believe the NY Daily News, Barber “was with his estranged wife.”

Of course, both could be true: that Barber was not there when the twins were born, but saw the newborns shortly after.

Either way, it took several days for the news to break — a lifetime in the New York gossip world. Ginny Barber‘s spokesperson Jesse Derris told the Daily News late yesterday, “For privacy reasons, we decided to not make the announcement until now.”
