Aftermath: "Turning Point" For New Generation Of Television Reporters
Katrina "has marked a turning point for TV's new generation of reporters," Variety's Michael Learmonth says. "Great performances came from the expected places (CNN's Anderson Cooper, NBC's Brian Williams) and from some unexpected ones (Fox News' Shepard Smith, MSNBC's Joe Scarborough). He says Shep turned in the "true breakout performance."
