Two-Camera Shoot on a Cold Iowa Road
The on-the-road technology being used by the networks’ political reporters took another step this morning, a few steps actually. FNC’s “Campaign” Carl Cameron was doing a live shot on Mike Huckabee‘s campaign bus summing up the GOP race. At one point he politely asks, “Driver, could you let me out. Thank you very much.” And Cameron steps off the bus onto the side of a snow-covered road… because he could. A second camera captured the wrap up of the report. And the ElectionLink truck beamed it back to New York. Ah, technology.
