Anchor Elizabeth Beaubien Dismissed By KESQ

Local television news shakeups continued Tuesday with the sudden departure of Elizabeth Beaubien from KESQ TV-3.

The former anchor for the 5 and 6:30 p.m. broadcasts confirmed Tuesday that she was let go from the station.

She declined to share when her contract was expiring or the reasons behind the station’s decision.

“Just contract issues, I guess,” she said, adding that she’s not sure what her next steps will be or if she will stay in the desert.
