Reporter Jim Kiertzner jumps from WDIV to rival WXYZ in Detroit.

Jeff Alboum has been named digital sales manager at WGAL in Lancaster. Previously, Alboum was product manager at Lancaster Newspapers.

Ben Warntz has joined WGAL in Lancaster as a senior account executive. Previously, Warntz worked at WMPT in Maryland.
