After all the signing and dancing about what the family did this year, Holderness’ wife announced in the video her anchor husband was leaving the Raleigh-Durham NBC affiliate.
“Next month he’s stepping off the anchor desk,” rapped his wife in the video. “It’s the biggest decision of his life. He’s going to quit his job and come work with his wife. We’ll be making videos just like these for politicians and companies.”
Holderness started his career in Grand Junction, CO, before working in Orlando, FL. He also hosted shows for HGTV and CSTV. According to his station bio, he was also a video essayist for ESPN and ABC in New York.
