Jacki Jing Named Co-Anchor of ‘Good Morning New Orleans’ on WGNO

Jacki-Jin2WGNO, the New Orleans ABC affiliate, has announced the addition of Jacki Jing to its news team.

“Jacki fell in love with New Orleans during a recent visit. She was really excited about the city’s vibe, food, culture, and tradition. Jacki’s passion for journalism and enthusiasm for New Orleans makes this a great fit,” Rick Erbach, WGNO news director, said in a statement.

“She gelled instantly with Rob, Frank and Denise. We think she will be a tremendous addition to the Cincinnati morning landscape,” said Bill Lanesey, vice president and general manager, in the station’s announcement.

Her KWCH-TV bio says she “even tried her hand at doing the weather and appeared on a reality show” before going to Wichita in 2008.

Jacki Jing Out at WXIX

WXIX morning anchor Jacki Jing is no longer with the Cincinnati FOX affiliate, reports the Cincinnati Enquirer.
