WRAL Pranked During Live Hurricane Coverage
Raleigh CBS-affiliate WRAL was the victim of a prank phone call during its hurricane coverage this weekend. A man claiming to be a representative of North Carolina Emergency Management gave a live update on the effects of the storm, and added an interesting theory about its origin (video above).
