Joynt Gets Amanpour Into Q&A Cafe
It’s a done deal.
ABC “This Week” host Christiane Amanpour will be interviewed by blogger and host Carol Joynt for The Q&A Cafe on Thursday, Oct. 21, at the Ritz in Georgetown.
Joynt confirmed the booking Wednesday from the dentist’s chair. She was having dental work done (painful at that) when the call came in. “Booked Christine from the dentist’s chair,” she told FishbowlDC. “It distracted me from the pain.”
The show will air on D.C. Cable. It’s her first booking for the fall season of the show, and, she adds, “an exciting one, at that. More to come.”
