Glover Park Group Adds Alex Mistri as MD

High-powered D.C. based agency The Glover Park Group has added Alex Mistri, most recently a strategic analysis and economic officer in the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, as a managing director in its Government Affairs practice.

During his 15 month assignment in Iraq, Mistri focused on foreign investment and economic issues. Previously, Mistri served as Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs, representing President Bush in the House of Representatives.

Mistri’s announcement comes after Glover Park veteran Alex Slater left the firm in late June to join SKDKnickerbocker, who counts former White House communications director Anita Dunn as a principal.
