Late-Night Ratings: Week of August 9
NBC’s “Tonight” show may have returned to the top of the 11:35 heap since Jay Leno returned, but ABC’s “Nightline” is still the number one program season-to-date in total viewers.
“Nightline,” which was number two in all categories last week, has now outdrawn CBS’ “Late Show” in total viewers for 18 consecutive weeks, something the program hasn’t done since 1999.
Note: ABC ratings are based on 30-minute broadcast, while CBS and NBC are based on one hour.
| Show | Network | Total Viewers | A25-54 | A18-49 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
