I’m moving Twittercism to a new web server over this weekend and wanted to let readers know that there’s a good chance that the domain will be unreachable for a few hours while this is done.
I’ll try to make things as seamless as possible, but in my experience there’s always a few hours where the site is down when switching between hosts.
I’ll begin this process tomorrow (Sunday) and it may bleed into Monday in the worst-case scenario.
Why am I doing this? Traffic. Twittercism has seen a growing (and record) number of visitors and pageviews in the last couple of months and my current shared hosting setup is beginning to show the strain.
In the meantime, you can always reach me via Twitter.
Onwards and upwards!
