Henneberger to Join WaPo

Former AOL Politics Daily Editor-in-Chief Melinda Henneberger is going to work for WaPo. As part of the political coverage for 2012, she’ll write in-depth campaign pieces. WaPo announced the news this morning.

Noted Editor Kevin Merida: “Melinda is an extraordinary talent. She has a wonderful gift for thinking outside the lines, and for discovering what really matters about a story. She is a lovely, fearless writer who sparkles with ideas, and her presence will only strengthen an already strong political squad.”

Congratulations to Henneberger. She begins October 10.
