My article for EnRoute about exploring Lima, Peru's diverse culinary options, from Novoandina and ceviche to Japanese sashimi, Italian gelato, and exotic fruit juices.

How to spend 48 hours in Toronto indulging your inner hipsters at sake bars, ping pong clubs and cool galleries

I interview illustrator Adrien Tomine about the New Yorker and his new book, New York drawings.
I interview Quebecois sommelier Xavier Burini of restaurant Les Trois Petits Bouchons. The radio piece I edited for CKUT Radio 90.3FM was made with my Zoom H4 recorder. I translated it from French and interlace my translation with the original interview. We talk abut the differences between natural wines versus biodynamic and organic, as well as the health benefits of the popular wine trend.
