My career is built on ambition--I muscled my way into an online (pre-Web!) column at the age of 16 and never looked back. With hundreds of articles published on customer relationship management (CRM) alone, I am a specialist in sales, marketing, service, and commerce. I am also a leading cloud computing author, with hundreds of published articles and content marketing items. Other focus areas include cloud storage/backup, call center/contact center management, and back office business process outsourcing/optimization. Possibly the first to cover virtualization for a mainstream audience, I went on to write the first independent guide to VMware (VMware 2 for Linux).
