I am a professional writer, editor, and recipe developer with significant experience creating both print and digital media content, mostly related to food topics. As a classically trained cook and a creative writer I can package stories that are innovative and technique-driven while also being beautiful, lively, and approachable. I have created stories and developed recipes for Better Homes and Gardens; James Beard Award-winning cookbook author, Nathalie Dupree; ReadyMade; The Charleston Post and Courier, and a variety of volunteer and personal projects. My skills have been applied to produce and manage content on different platforms and for multiple devices.
Along with content creation, I have experience representing brands through how-to features and cooking demonstrations on television, in video format, and live.
