Professional Experience

As the Fashion Director for MR Magazine, a menswear trade publication, since 2000, I'm a fashion insider who can analyze style trends and provide expert reporting on retailing business and merchandising. I have written well-received consumer lifestyle articles for Fashion Forum magazine. As the MR brand has evolved onto the Web with MRketplace.com, I have also become an accomplished blogger and am delving into creating online video content. I create concepts, produce and style photo shoots for fashion advertising, and am also now a published photographer, able to provide my own images to illustrate the stories I have written.

I coordinated all aspects of ad production and worked with MR's publisher and creative director on layout and copy concepts.

The profile was written as a result of a press trip to the Naples, Italy-based label's factory, and was selected specifically for the Wilkes-Bashford edition of Forum magazine; a specialty publication assembled for the Forum Group of luxury menswear retailers.
This is about custom bicycles, the latest "toy" for the luxury fitness consumer. It was written for Fashion Forum magazine; a specialty publication assembled for the Forum Group of luxury menswear retailers. The group of independent retailers is spread across the United States and includes the Mitchells Group based in Connecticut, Mario's of Portland and Seattle, Larrimore's in Pittsburgh and Andrisen Morton in Denver.
